Day 1:-
Victoria Falls
Arrive
at Victoria Falls International airport.
You will be met on arrival and transferred to
Victoria Falls
Safari Lodge. This is our
preferred Classics partner in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
This
deluxe 72-roomed African Lodge prides itself on hospitality and food
rivaled only by uninterrupted views and magnificent sunsets. Created
with a keen eye for detail; hardwoods, thatch, vibrant colors - the
effect is awe inspiring. Each bedroom has its own balcony,
air-conditioning and modern bathroom.

2:- Victoria Falls
Spend the day exploring Victoria Falls and partaking in some of the many
activities available on offer.

In this package we offer you a choice of any THREE of the following
activities over your two night stay:

Day
3:- Hwange National Park (The Hide)
Transfer
to Vic Falls airport where you will meet up with your charter pilot who
will fly you to Hwange airport. You
will be met at Hwange airport by staff from
The Hide – Offering
personal attention to no more than sixteen guests.
Accommodation in luxury East African style canvas tents furnished
in teak with en-suite hot showers, flush toilets and hand basins.
Each tent has a large front porch where guests can relax and view
game at the pan, or spend an exciting night in our “Dove’s Nest”
which is nestled in a large Leadwood tree in the open plain.
Meals
are served in elegance and style around a solid teak table, exquisitely laid
with candelabra and silver. Overnight

Day
4:- Hwange
National Park (The Hide)
Our
two luxury carpeted underground hides are a photographer’s paradise, allowing
for close up but safe photographic experiences. Accompanied by a professional guide, begin the day with an
early morning walk, or view game from open land rovers which bring you in close
contact with every facet of bush life. Or
simply relax on our raised game-viewing platform overlooking a beautiful pan.
The last activity of the day is a night drive with a spotlight, where up
to fourteen species of game have been seen.

Day
5:- Musango Safari Camp (Lake Kariba)
Light
aircraft transfer from Hwange airport to Musango Safari Camp on the
shores of Lake Kariba.
Musango Safari Camp – Under thatch, the large
luxurious safari tents have en-suite bathrooms built out of natural
stone and are extremely well appointed with privacy and safety in mind.
In addition we have two beautifully designed honeymoon suites,
each with a private plunge pool. Verandahs offer panoramic views across the bay of the
Matusadona National Park and mountains.
The
swimming pool area and the bar/lounge platform is an excellent place from which
to view the abundant wildlife and stunning scenery.

Day
6:- Musango Safari Camp (Lake Kariba)
Boasting
the greatest variety of activities on Lake Kariba, and having the
highest ratio of guides to guests; game walks into the Matusadona
National Park and nearby private game sanctuary, stunning game cruises
and canoeing trips, genuine cultural village trips, fishing for the
famous fighting tiger fish and delicious bream (boats and bait
supplied), specialized birding safaris, visits to the black rhino
orphanage, game drives into the National Park, dinosaur fossil sight
visits, Maronga tented bush camp and day trips into the National Park
from Maronga. Overnight at
Musango
Safari Camp.

Day
7:- Nduna Safari Lodge (Zimbabwe Lowveldt)
Transfer
to nearby airstrip where you will be transferred to Lonestar airstrip by
a small charter aircraft. Here
you will be met and transferred through the Malilangwe Private
Wildlife
Reserve to
Nduna Safari Lodge - this is a delightful lakeside lodge
offering uninterrupted views of the luscious surrounding bush and
spectacular rock formations. Recently
redesigned and renovated, its six twin bed lodges are well equipped and
offer stunning views of the lake, at whose edge lies a natural rock
plunge pool framed by opulent lawns and gardens.
Throughout
the lodge, local dark timber furniture adds to the rustic and traditional
ambience. Malilangwe, “call of
the Leopard” in the local tribal language, prides itself on having an amazing
diversity of wildlife from Africa’s great five to painted hunting dogs and
black and white rhino.

Day
8:-
Nduna
Safari Lodge (Zimbabwe Lowveldt)
Though
wildlife viewing is the main activity at Malilangwe, you shouldn’t
feel that you need to spend every waking hour looking for the Big Five
through your binoculars. If
you are an angler, our lakes hold many true trophy bass. For bird
lovers, this is a paradise home to over 450 species.
There is also time to indulge in the greatest luxury of our
“civilized” life – doing absolutely nothing!

9:- Big Cave Camp (Matobos)
Charter
flight to an airstrip close to
Big Cave Camp – Sophisticated African
architecture incorporates colossal boulders into a luxuriously appointed
thatched lodge positioned amidst ancient Khoisan rock art.
Retire at a day’s end to the natural rock-pool and sundeck, the
Leopard’s Lair lounge and bar, a cave-style boma for pre-dinner drinks
or the popular lodge library. The seven thatched A-frame cottages, each with en-suite
bathroom and private balcony, resonate African creative flair. Find solitude within an intimate retreat as secluded as the original
Kalanga grain bins that nestle amongst the rocks.

10:- Big Cave Camp (Matobos)
Guests
choose from a wide variety of activities, accompanied by a qualified
guide. Game-viewing on
foot, by 4x4 or horseback to view, in particular, black and white rhino,
amongst a wide variety of plains game.
Bird watching, visits to the nearby Ndebele village, Cyrene
Mission, tours to Rhodes’ Grave and unusual bushman paintings in
famous rock art galleries are also on offer.

11:- End of services.
Transfer
to Bulawayo airport where you will connect to your scheduled flight to connect
you to Johannesburg, or Harare.
